Boutiques in Fayetteville, NC: Women's Clothing & Vintage (2026)

By FayettevilleNC.net Editorial Staff•••1106 words

Fayetteville's boutiques are spread out. The largest women's shops are on the west side: Monkee's of Fayetteville on Glensford Drive and Epiphany Boutique on Morganton Road. Top of the Hill and Westdale Vintage are on Fort Bragg Road in Haymount, Fabulous Finds and Stevies are downtown on Hay Street, and An Affair to Remember on Ramsey Street sells prom and formal wear.

Fayetteville's boutiques are spread across the city rather than packed into one street. Downtown Hay Street has a walkable cluster, Fort Bragg Road through Haymount has a few independent and vintage shops, and the west side around Glensford Drive and Morganton Road has the larger women's clothing stores. Formal wear, bridal and consignment shops sit on their own along Ramsey Street, Arsenal Avenue, Elm Street and Yadkin Road.

Each shop below was listed as operating on Google Maps in late October 2026, and the hours come from those listings. Small boutiques often change hours for buying trips and holidays, so check a shop's social media before a special trip.

West Fayetteville: The Largest Women's Boutiques

Monkee's of Fayetteville (Glensford Drive)

Monkee's of Fayetteville at 322 Glensford Drive, Suite 106, carries more designer labels than any other boutique in this guide. Like every Monkee's, it is independently owned. The store's website lists clothing, denim, shoes, jewelry, handbags and gifts, with brands including L'agence, Joseph Ribkoff, Tecovas boots and Julie Vos jewelry, plus a Closet Perks rewards program. It closes at 3 p.m. on Saturday and all day Sunday. The shop is a short drive from Cross Creek Mall, so it is easy to pair with a mall trip.

Epiphany Boutique (Morganton Road)

Epiphany Boutique at 3710 Morganton Road, Suite 108, calls itself a small, locally owned women's boutique. Its online store covers dresses, jeans, sets, sweaters, shoes and jewelry, with brands such as Umgee and Risen Jeans and a dedicated plus-size section. It also sells candles, tumblers and gifts for brides and mothers. In-store exchanges are handled at the Fayetteville shop.

Haymount and Fort Bragg Road

Fort Bragg Road runs west from downtown through the Haymount Historic District, and two of the city's more distinctive shops are on it.

  • Top of the Hill Boutique, 2018 Fort Bragg Road, Suite 116-A. A women's clothing boutique open Tuesday to Saturday. It posts new stock on its Facebook page.
  • Westdale Vintage, 1225 Fort Bragg Road. Vintage clothing, open Tuesday through Sunday afternoons. It is one of the few shops in town open on Sunday.

Downtown Boutiques

On Hay Street, Fabulous Finds Boutique at 310 Hay sells dresses, tops, shoes and accessories, with most items on its website priced between about $28 and $69 as of October 2026. Stevies on Hay at 318 Hay mixes boutique clothing with gifts, and The Corner Claw-set at 5 Market Square opens Thursday through Sunday. Parking in city decks is free after 5 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends. Our downtown shopping guide covers the rest of the street, from gift shops to menswear.

Consignment and Resale

Resale shops are the budget route to boutique labels, and they suit military families who move often and need to buy or sell a wardrobe quickly.

  • Lily Kat's Consignment Boutique, 817 Elm Street. Consignment women's clothing, open six days a week.
  • Clothes Mentor, 4556 Yadkin Road. A resale chain store that buys and sells women's clothing, plus sizes and handbags. It is the most convenient option for families living near Fort Bragg and is open on Sunday afternoons.

For vintage furniture and collectibles rather than clothing, see our antique shops guide.

Formal, Prom and Bridal Boutiques

Fayetteville has several dress shops that serve military balls, proms and weddings.

  • An Affair to Remember, 5407 Ramsey Street. Its website describes it as a prom, pageant and special-occasion dress store. It is closed on Tuesday and open Sunday afternoons, which is useful for families who shop together on weekends.
  • Taylor Lawrence Bridal Boutique, 1007 Arsenal Avenue. Wedding dresses plus tuxedo and dress rentals, with evening hours on most weekdays and closed on Thursday. Call ahead to book a bridal fitting.

If you need a gown for a unit ball, start shopping six to eight weeks ahead so there is time for alterations. That timing is our suggestion, not a shop policy.

South Side and Nearby Towns

  • The Perfect Peace Boutique, 7005 Nexus Court, Suite B. A women's boutique open Thursday through Saturday.
  • Hey Hun Boutique, 1461 Crystal Springs Road. Open only Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Unforgettable Empressions Boutique, 1830 Owen Drive, Suite 101. Women's clothing, Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturday hours until 9 p.m.
  • Phylisha's Boutique, 1076 Lillington Highway, Spring Lake. A small clothing shop with afternoon and evening hours. See our Spring Lake guide for more in town.

Tips for Boutique Shopping in Fayetteville

  1. Check hours twice. Several shops on this list open only three or four days a week, and the Thursday-to-Saturday boutiques are the most likely to change hours.
  2. Ask about military discounts. Policies vary from shop to shop and are rarely posted online, so ask at the register with your ID.
  3. Follow shops on Instagram or Facebook. Most small boutiques post new arrivals and sales there first.
  4. Shop downtown on event nights with care. Special-event parking rates apply in city decks during large events, and Hay Street is crowded.

We could not verify which boutiques are owned by military spouses, so we have not labeled any; ask the owner if supporting spouse-owned businesses matters to you.
