Crown Complex
Arts, Culture & Entertainment
The Crown Complex is Cumberland County's event campus at 1960 Coliseum Drive, and it is managed for the county by Oak View Group. Its largest building is the Crown Coliseum, which opened in October 1997 with 10,880 seats and an ice floor that hosts hockey and ice shows before converting for concerts and other large events. The Expo Center next door offers 60,000 square feet of open floor for trade and consumer shows, and an attached 9,200-square-foot ballroom handles banquets for up to 650 guests. The complex's original Arena and Theatre, which date to the 1960s, are being replaced by the county's new Crown Event Center project, while the Coliseum, Expo Center and Ballroom stay in use at the Coliseum Drive site. Oak View Group Hospitality runs food service. Ticketing and event dates are posted on the complex's website.
